PATH as the lead grantee will work in partnership with the Government of Kenya to strengthen the One Health governance structure for antimicrobial resistance, antimicrobial use, and antimicrobial consumption surveillance in the human and animal health sectors. Sub-grantees include Kenya Medical Research Institute, the University of Nairobi, Aga Khan University and Washington State University.
